Send us your project details by email or text — whichever is easier. We’ll come back with the scope your city actually requires and a clear fee.
Download the inquiry form (PDF)or just email or text us the details — both work
The more of this you can send up front, the faster we can confirm the scope and give you a firm number. If you only have some of it, send what you have.
Name, phone, and email, plus whether you’re the owner, architect, engineer, contractor, or agency representative — it helps us pitch the answer at the right level. If you’re with a firm or agency, a company name and billing contact let us address the proposal correctly the first time. And if someone referred you to us, tell us who — we like to thank them.
The most important detail about the project itself — any one of these will do. Survey and mapping requirements change at every city border, so knowing where the property sits tells us which agency’s rules apply. A street address is ideal; an Assessor Parcel Number or a latitude/longitude works just as well for vacant land, rural parcels, or anywhere without a clear address.
A sentence is enough. For example: a new ADU or addition that needs a topographic base map, a lot split or multi-family development, a commercial tenant improvement, a parking lot or site improvement, an as-built for leasing or space planning, or a purchase or refinance that requires an ALTA survey.
If you’re not sure which one you need, skip it — that’s our job.
Architectural or civil plans, a preliminary title report, the grant deed, or a prior survey. These often let us scope the work without a site visit first.
One page, fillable on screen. Type straight into it, then email it back — blanks are fine.
Once you’ve sent the details above, there’s nothing else you need to do — we’ll take it from there.
By email or a quick call or text, whichever is easier. Include as much of the list above as you have on hand.
We look up the parcel and check what your city or county actually requires for the work you’re planning — before we quote anything.
Typically within 24 to 48 hours, with the recommended scope and a clear fee. If we need anything more to price it accurately, we’ll ask then.
That’s the most common question we get, and you don’t need to answer it before contacting us. Send the property address and a sentence about what you’re planning — we’ll tell you exactly what your city will ask for, and quote only that.
