Commercial Plaza Improvement

This project is in a commercial plaza in the City of West Covina, where the lands were developed but poorly maintained. The proposed development for this project is to improve the parking lots. With all ground features surveyed with high-resolution drone images, advanced geodetic surveying methods, and robotic land surveying equipment, our team completed the field survey within half a day and delivered the topographic survey map within a week. With topography accurately delineated and all easements identified, our client was able to design their layout with confidence and accuracy.
